How old are you?: 25
How long have you played Movie Battles II?: simce 2006-7 (was rc16 at the time)
What other names have you gone by ingame?: Jayz, Jayz69, Jaze Whitehead, Lord Whitehead
Why do you want to join Dead Or Alive?: friendly and welcoming, server was not on DOTF and members wearing tags were not on a power trip like other clans i wont mention.
Do you have a Steam Account?:jamiewhitehead (not for jka, had cd since it came out)
Do you have a mic? (Not required):yes
What is your favorite class?:jedi/sith
Will you join the Jedi or Sith division of DOA?: Jedi, but i could be swayed to the dark side
Is there anything else you want to share with us?: I have a TS server which i have already made a DOA room and your all more than welcome to use.
Have you read the DOA Guidelines?:not yet....found them...read them
